Dino Vitale enters his second season as an assistant coach for the men's lacrosse team in 2025.
Vitale recently helped the Cadets to an 11-7 season and an 8-2 mark in Great Northeast Athletic Conference action in 2024, leading Norwich to a GNAC Tournament berth. The Cadets were honored with five GNAC All-Conference recipients, headlined by Mason McMahon '24 becoming the program's third GNAC Defensive Player of the Year and a spot on the All-Conference First Team.
Vitale has a long history of success within men's lacrosse, previously spending time as the head coach of Purdue University Club team for two seasons. He was also an assistant coach at Hanover College.
Vitale was the head coach of Be'er Sheva Lacrosse, leading them to the 2017 Israel National Championship. Be'er Sheva is a professional lacrosse team that competes in the Israel Premiere Lacrosse League. He has also been an evaluator for the Israel Men's National Lacrosse team.
He played collegiately at Kean University in Union, N.J. He led the nation in save percentage and goals-against average and was the nation's fourth-ranked goalie in NCAA Div. III as a senior. He was a two-time Conference Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year, Defensive MVP, and he won an academic award for his GPA.
