RANDOLPH CENTER, Vt.- Following a strong finish in their season opener, the Norwich Women's Cross-Country team returned to the course for their second meet of the season at the Annual Maple Syrup Challenge hosted by Vermont State Randolph, placing second among teams only behind Middlebury.  

Three Norwich runners placed in the top 15, with Delaney Whitmarsh (North Yarmouth, Maine) leading the Cadet pack in 9^th place with a 21:33.78. Not far behind her was Kaitlyn Moore (Ballston Lake, N.Y.) at 21:51.55, and Ally Teitsch (Malta, N.Y.) came in a minute later at 22:40.54.
