Doyle and Whaley touched home later on the the third double of the inning, produced by junior Nicholas Gendron (Alstead, N.H.).
Whaley gave back one run in the bottom of the first before the Falcons picked up six in the second to take a 7-4 lead.
Norwich would come roaring back in the fourth, scoring twice including a double to the wall by Baker that scored Charles Schaub (East Hampton, Conn.).
The Cadets would tie the game in the fifth on an RBI single by sophomore Brandon Place (Concord, N.H.) but the Falcons immediately put up three runs in the bottom half to take the 10-7 lead and the Cadets would get no closer.
