NORTHFIELD, Vt. – Five players registered multiple-goal games April 11, as Norwich University earned its sixth consecutive win by a 20-7 count over Becker.

Playing on a sun-splashed Howard Field, the host Cadets bolted out to a 12-1 halftime lead. Freshman attacker Seth Fuller (Wheaton, Ill.) scored 42 seconds later to make it 2-0, but Becker (3-9, 3-3 GNAC) got a goal back with 6:30 to go in the opening quarter. Mendoza answered with his second goal late in the period which started an 11-goal run for Coach Neal Anderson's squad.

Mendoza ended the afternoon with four goals, while Fuller added two goals and four assists for a six-point game. The trio of junior midfielder Arron Canarelli (New Hartford, N.Y.), senior midfielder Patrick Sikora (Montpelier, Vt.) and sophomore attacker Ian Thomas (Barrington, R.I.) each produced three goals, and Thomas contributed three assists.
